When do I get the $15?
On your friend's first purchase: a plan, or a compute top-up. Not at signup.
Why not at signup?
Because a referral that pays on free accounts gets farmed in an afternoon with throwaway addresses, and we would be the ones paying for that compute. We would rather reward a real recommendation than a signup count.
What if my friend never pays?
Then you get nothing and they keep their free account. The referral does not expire: if they pick a plan in six months, you get your $15 then.
What does $15 get me?

Does my compute balance expire?
No. Referral compute is a bonus balance that never expires and stacks on top of your monthly plan compute and any top-up packs.
Is there a cap on how many friends I can invite?
No upper cap. Invite 1 friend, invite 100, each one who makes a first purchase grants you another $15 in compute.
How do I know where my referrals stand?
In your dashboard, under Settings → Referrals. You see who signed up and is still waiting on a first purchase, and who bought and already credited you.
Where do I find my referral link once I'm signed up?
Same place: Settings → Referrals. You can copy the link or grab your unique code directly.
