Purpose
Transform vague aspirations into clear, achievable goals using the SMART framework. Create goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound to dramatically increase your success rate.

Use this Skill when you need to:

Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Identify Your Aspiration
Start with what you want to achieve.
Ask the user:
- What do you want to accomplish?
- Why is this goal important to you?
- What would achieving this change in your life?
- What has stopped you from achieving this before?
- What timeframe are you thinking?
Output Variable: raw_goal
Step 2: Make It Specific
Transform vague into concrete.
Ask clarifying questions:
- What exactly will you accomplish?
- Who is involved?
- Where will this happen?
- Which requirements and constraints exist?
- What will success look like specifically?
Convert general statements to specific outcomes.

Step 3: Define Measurements
Determine how you will track progress.
Identify:
- What metrics indicate success?
- How will you measure progress?
- What milestones show you are on track?
- How will you know when you have achieved it?
Add numbers wherever possible.

Step 4: Assess Achievability
Ensure the goal is realistic.
Evaluate:
- Is this achievable with your current resources?
- What skills or resources do you need?
- What obstacles might you face?
- Have others achieved similar goals?
- What would need to be true for success?
Adjust if needed to be challenging but possible.

Step 5: Confirm Relevance
Align with your bigger picture.
Check:
- Does this align with your values?
- Is this the right time for this goal?
- Does it support your larger objectives?
- Is the effort worth the reward?
- Are you pursuing this for the right reasons?

Step 6: Set Deadline
Add time boundaries.
Define:
- Target completion date
- Key milestone dates
- Check-in schedule
- Consequences of missing deadline

Include:
